This is just a quick post to say that we got the house!!!!!!...after much much drama.
My advice is to never buy during a mortgage crisis. We were able to close late Friday afternoon. 3:30p to be exact. We didn't get out of there until 5:45pm, but at least we got the house!
We don't have internet yet. I'm stealing this from our neighbors. So, I'll update more when we're legal.

Clammin'
Tom went clamming and came home with 90 clams...no lie.
Lucius immediately grabbed one and ran away with it.
Tom spent the evening shucking.
And I turned it into New England Clam Chowder.

Some friends had a going away BBQ for us and Lu and their daughter got along quite well. In fact, she kept trying to convince Lu to go in her room and play while the adults were sitting outside...
